I have seen many people in the gym only work on their upper body i.e.,chest,bicep,shoulders,etc and they don't even focus on the lower body which is not correct. We should work on the body as a whole but most of them skip leg day workout,which is the most important part of our body.If legs are not strong what the upper body is for.
