There are many ways by which anyone can make his or her body fit by just giving some time and proper routine.I have seen many people doing yoga and exercises but is it effective?
One of the most important thing is that calorie burning,you have to take your body to that stage,but most of the people don't even reach their and end up with no results due to which they may quit.
Cardio and aerobics are the two most important part of fitness because they take your body into calorie burning stage which helps to loose fat from your body.
Those who go to gym for weight loss must be knowing that.Apart from this drink as much water as you can it too plays an important role.
Aerobics reflects the amount of oxygen in the blood which is pumped by heart and transported to muscles.It also aids to the stamina and strength of an individual.

We should avoid junk food as much as we can.Its is not a one day or two day thing,have patience,discipline,hard work,punctuality.
