There are various number of plans which anyone can follow but here are some basic tips that are not even tough to implement and can result in drastic weight loss if followed well.


Weight loss is just the outcome of the day to day routine ,what you eat and how much you eat.
They are as followed below-

1.Have home made food only.

It is one of the most important thing to follow.We should avoid restaurants and hotels.If we eat home made foot we can track our ingredients that are used and also the oil that is used.Therefore all the bodybuilders and athletes implement this.

2.Avoid beer.

Drinking beer won't help you in weight loss.It contains large amount of calories and carbs.It helps in preventing kidney from stones and improve digestive system but it won't help in weight loss so avoid beer.

3.Avoid eating fruit.

When you are on a weight loss plan avoid fruits and eat veggies as much as you can because fruits contains sugar which can result in bloating.It is better to avoid if you are on a weight loss plan.

4.Reduce use of sugar and salt.

Both sugar and salt should be taken in moderate amount because excess salt causes water retention in the body due to which weight is increased and if excess sugar is taken it increases blood sugar level.

5.Avoid eating junk food.

Junk food are the most dangerous thing that most people are not able to avoid.It is one of the toughest thing to implement but avoid as much as you can.

6.Never skip meals.

Skipping meals make you hungry and which sometimes can result in overeating.We should break our meals into at least seven parts in a day,eating less but eating many times.

7.Break your day into several meals.

8.Exercise.

Exercise is very important for a body to be fit and get in shape.It also helps in weight loss by cutting extra fat from the body.Running,cycling,etc should be implemented for at least 
30 minutes everyday.
