Beginners Workout For Muscle building

We all live in a era where everyone is quite busy with his schedule or work and we want everything to happen quickly but that is not the case everything requires some time and patience same is with the muscle building."Muscles don't grow on trees",we have to earn them.I will be giving some tips to the beginners who want to build muscle,it requires a lot of patience,discipline,routine and mindset.


I will divide this program into parts for all the beginners.

FIRST PART

In the first week you have to workout only three days with doing just one exercise per body parts.It means one exercise for chest,shoulders,back,biceps,etc.It should be performed on alternate days that means one day workout next day rest for the body to recover.

SECOND PART

In the next week,there will be a particular day for particular part,
Ex-Monday-Chest,Tuesday-Shoulder.In this week workout for two continuous days and then rest on the third day.The body will reflect some changes.

THIRD PART

This is the time now where your real workout will start after two weeks the body will cope with the resistance you will provide in the first two weeks.Now,have to go with 3 on 3,means three days workout and 3 days rest in the week.Everyday there will be two exercise per day. Example-
Monday-Chest & biseps
Tuesday-Rest
Wednesday-back & legs
Thursday-Rest and so on..

FOURTH PART

Its time to raise up your level with heavy weight and repetitions.You have to vary your workout every week means swap some exercises every week it will make your body part strong and also the intensity and stamina. 


After this you will feel and see some changes in your body,I won't say it will be too much,but definitely the stamina and intensity you will feel.Never Give Up,it is just the starting.
