Beginners Workout For Muscle building
We all live in a era where everyone is quite busy with his schedule or work and we want everything to happen quickly but that is not the case everything requires some time and patience same is with the muscle building."Muscles don't grow on trees",we have to earn them.I will be giving some tips to the beginners who want to build muscle,it requires a lot of patience,discipline,routine and mindset. I will divide this program into parts for all the beginners. FIRST PART In the first week you have to workout only three days with doing just one exercise per body parts.It means one exercise for chest,shoulders,back,biceps,etc.It should be performed on alternate days that means one day workout next day rest for the body to recover. SECOND PART In the next week,there will be a particular day for particular part, Ex-Monday-Chest,Tuesday-Shoulder.In this week workout for two continuous days and then rest on the third day.The body will reflect some changes.
